What are your Exchange and Return Policies?
We know that it can be difficult to choose the correct product or shade when ordering beauty products online. While we always recommend visiting your local authorized gloProfessional retailer for a professional consultation, we also want your experience with our products to be the best it can be. For that reason, we accept the exchange of any glo minerals, glo therapeutics or glo essentials product within 15 days of the original purchase accompanied by the original invoice for account credit.
For unopened, unused products, we will accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase, accompanied by the original invoice.
To return a product or exchange one for account credit, call us at 1-800-232-0398 or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org. A customer service representative will be happy to walk you through the process.
When shipping returns or exchanges back to glo, please ship products in the box they were originally sent to you in or in a similar box. Please do not ship our products in a padded envelope. This does not keep products safe from damage.
Please note: original shipping and handling fees will not be refunded on returns and exchanges. For returns, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping products back to gloProfessional. This information applies to consumer orders only. For professional returns, call 1-800-232-0398.
How will the credit card charge appear on my statement?
glo orders will appear on your credit card statement as glo Professional.
Why am I being charged tax on my order?
Our tax collection requirements for many states changed effective 1/1/2007. We may now be required to charge tax in your state even if we did not in the past. We value your business highly and hope to be of service to you many times in the future.
How will I know if my order has been received?
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email that it has been received. You may check on the status of your order as it goes from Received to Processing to Complete. glo makes ordering as easy as 1, 2, 3.
Do you ship to PO Boxes or APOs?
We are happy to ship orders to PO Boxes, APO, FPO or DPO addresses via US Mail. Unfortunately, we cannot expedite shipping to PO Box, APO, FPO or DPO adresses, nor can we provide tracking information for orders shipped via US Mail. If you would like to expedite your order or need tracking information, please supply a physical shipping address so that we may ship your package via UPS. glo ships via United Parcel Service (UPS) - (Note: This pricing does not apply to wholesale orders.)

Please note: glo does not ship on the weekends and does not do Saturday deliveries. Orders must be received by 2:00 PM MST in order to ship the same day.
Expedited Shipping Restrictions
Certain products must be shipped via Ground Shipping Method. For orders containing products with air ship restrictions, the Ground Shipping Method will be the only option available at checkout.

Do you ship outside of the United States?
There are glo distributors all over the world. Please review the list under our International section to find a distributor in your country. We are sorry but we cannot ship outside the U.S. and Canada at this time.
