I really do love this brush. It is super soft and feels luxurious on your face. I use it to apply pressed powder and it works marvelously. I was looking for a softer brush because my old brush was not skin friendly. This brush is everything I was looking for and more! Mine does not shed. LOVE IT!

This brush is the best brush I've ever used in terms of applying foundation. Problem is, it shed -- a lot. As in 20+ hairs on my face after applying loose base. I know brushes shed a little, but this was over the top. I tried washing several times to reduce shedding, to no avail. I had to use another brush to brush the hairs off my face. The final straw: the handle came off. The salon I bought it from would not take it back. They were apparently not a licensed distributor so GloMinerals didn't want to take it back. So I was stuck with it. $40 down the toilet, so I thought. Fast forward 2 years later, I still use it every day. It is still the best applicator. The shedding is almost zero, though sometimes I still get a couple hairs. The handle kept coming off, so I use it without, and it's actually easier. Problem is now storing it properly for travel, so I am ordering the retractable one. <br/><br/> Hi Oona, We love the fact that you liked the brush so much that you kept using it despite having problems. Love this brush! Smooths over any press or loose base powder evenly and looks flawless on skin! Everytime I put on my make up and use this brush it feels nice and light...in the past my make up would feel heavy or "caked" on. Very nice for summer months when it feels like your face is gonna melt off this helps keep make up in place.

I am in love with the ultra brush! All it takes is one use and you will be hooked. It's super soft and perfect for applying the pressed, loose, or finishing powders. You never get those little hairs on your face. I will never use any other powder brush again!
