Price Value Quality This is my new obsession. It goes on smooth on even the driest of lips while staying in place. It is the perfect balance between moisture and staying power. I use it alone sometimes- no more lip brushes! You can create different shades depending on the amount you apply. A luxurious texture that I promise you will love and that will stay on!
