Value Quality Price I added this to an order just to make a free shipping total and was pleasantly surprised! Finally, the perfect liner that draws a slim line when wanted without breaking, and is still soft enough to blend and smudge but doesn't disappear or smear in the heat! I love to be able to find the thing that allows me to throw out all the other things I've tried that weren't quite what I was looking for and streamline my vanity and travel bag and this is definitely one of those things!!
