I live In NC where it can be very sunny all year round & so sun protection is really important. I have had a lot of trouble with suncreens creeping into my eyes & causing tearing after a few hours. This product which has high percentage physical protection works great & stays put. My skin ws very oily when younger but now needs more moisture. I wera this everyday all year round & love it. works well under makeu pr alone.

For at least a decade, I used DHC's SPF moisturizer...and then they discontinued it. I have been looking for a year for a similar product. My skin is very dry. I do not like a "mat" finish because at my age, I don't want something that increases the visibility of "crows feet" and "smile lines." (you youngsters will understand that later) Others have reviewed this product to complain about this, "shine." I prefer to look upon it as dewy and youthful !! :-) It is definitely not greasy/oily... My dermatologist wanted me to use at least SPF 30 with zinc and this fills the bill quite nicely. An esthetician recommended this product to me and provided samples to try before committing to a purchase. I am very grateful to her and to "glo."

this new facial moisturizer is horrible. it is greasy and the zinc oxide tends to leave white marks behind. i miss gloprotecting spf 30 - it absorbed well and those of us with oily and sensitive skin could use it without clogged pores or fear of breakouts. my esthitician told me that she has had several clients complain that glo got rid of gloprotecting. GLO: bring back a product that was phenomenal and get rid of this horrible replacement.

I will agree with the previous reviewer that this makes your face shiny, however this fades in about an hour or with the application of makeup afterwards. Well worth the brief initial shininess for excellent sun protection! This product initially leaves my skin feeling a touch sticky but when absorbed is very soft and smooth. I definitely approve of this product :)

I find this cream just a little too oily and it leaves uneven shiny spots on your face. It also leaves your face with a tacky feel and not a smooth feeling. :(
