Lip Plumper in copper shimmer is a great color that can be worn by almost any skin tone as an everyday color. It gives a nice tint of pigment, with a bit of sexy sparkle!
Combine with your favorite glominerals Precision Lip Pencil for added color and shine.
Apply a small amount in the center of the lips instead of all over the lips to give lips a "pouty" effect.
This is a plumper that you can feel the stimulating effect working. For those who want less of a sensation, apply a light layer of Lip Ritual prior to applying Lip Plumper.
