To get started:

To activate wholesale pricing, please call (800)232-0398 or email us at info@gloprofessional.com. Our Customer Service team will create a web account for you. Once this has been created, you will receive an email with your username (the email address associated with your account) and password. 

 

Once your account is set up:

Log in here with your email address and the password that was sent to you when your account was created.

  • If you've already contacted Customer Service to set up your web account but you can't find your password, you can reset it by clicking here. The email will be sent to the email address associated with your account.

Browse and Order

Once you are logged in, all products will display wholesale pricing. You can browse the catalog using the drop down menus in the navigation bar. You can also search for specific products using the search bar.  Add products to your cart and complete your order using the payment method of your choice.

 

Placing a large order?

If you would prefer to enter a large order quickly, check out our Wholesale Order Form. The products on this order form are organized the same way you would find them on our hard copy order forms (which you can find in the Resource Center here.) Frequently asked questions

How do I set up a web account?

To activate wholesale pricing, do not use the Register link at the top of the page. Please call (800) 232-0398 or email info@gloprofessional.com. Our Customer Service team will create a web account for you that is connected to your professional account. Once this has been created, you will receive an email with your username (the email address associated with your account) and password. Not an authorized glo retailer? Contact Customer Service to set up an account.

 

What do I do if I forgot my password or the password I have does not work?

You can reset your password by clicking the “Forgot Your Password?” link on the Log In page. The email will be sent to the email address associated with your account.  

 

Where can I find professional-only items like Testers and Back Bar?

Testers, Back Bar, Marketing Materials and other professional-only items can be found under the Professional tab in the navigation bar. You will only be able to view these items when you are logged in to your web account.

 

How do I use the Wholesale Bulk Order Form?

Click on the check box for the category you want to shop on the left hand side. Enter quantities for the items you want, click Add to Order, confirm quantities on the next page, then click Add to Cart. For a detailed overview of how to use the Wholesale Bulk Order Form watch our video tutorial.

 

I entered my order in the Wholesale Bulk Order Form, and now my cart is empty. Why did I lose my cart?

After you enter quantities and select Add to Order, you will be taken to another screen where you will need to confirm your selection by clicking Add to Cart. For a detailed overview of how to use the Wholesale Bulk Order Form watch our video tutorial.

 

How do I redeem a promotion online?

To redeem a promotion, add the necessary items to your cart and enter the promo code in the Offer Code box in your Shopping Bag. Discounts will be listed in the Discount line below Subtotal. To view current professional promotions, read the What’s New page in the Resource Center. Why does the promo code I want to use say it is invalid?

If the fine print reads “for MSRP purchases only,” then the promo is not available for wholesale purchases. For a current list of professional promotions, please visit the What’s New page in the Resource Center. How do I select free samples?

Every order qualifies for at least two free samples. You can click the link “Your order qualifies you to choose X complimentary samples. Click here to redeem,” at the bottom of your shopping cart or click Checkout for the sample selection window to appear. If you do not want samples, you can select, “No thanks, proceed to checkout,” at the bottom of the selection window.

 

If I log out or navigate away from gloprofessional.com, will my shopping cart be saved?

If you are logged in, your shopping cart will be saved.

 

Why do I see MSRP pricing?

If you are logged in to your professional account, you will see wholesale pricing. To have a professional web account set up contact Customer Service at (800) 232-0398 or email info@gloprofessional.com.
