gloProfessional, a premier international manufacturer/distributor of skin care and color cosmetics has an immediate opening for a Sales Assistant in our Greenwich, CT location responsible for advanced administrative support to the Regional Manager and customers, heavy outbound sales calls and sales support. Previous experience in a sales role is preferred.
Experience and Skills Required:
High School diploma and 2+ years of sales related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Exceptional customer service skills needed, person needs to understand the basic concepts of handling the customer, listening to the customer needs and delivering on their expectations by working with others internally to complete requests.
Professional email writing skills are required in order to communicate clearly and accurately to external customers via email, excellent organizational skills.
Positive, professional attitude and presence, ability to interact with many levels both inside and outside the company. Ability to work in a team environment and be flexible and accept and promote change as our company is growing.
Task oriented and highly organized with the ability to prioritize effectively while working on multiple tasks.
High energy level, comfortable performing multifaceted projects in conjunction with day-to-day activities.
Must live in or around the Greenwich, CT area.
