I received a free sample of the sapphire liner with my order. The color was rich and lovely. I used this with a stiff angled brush then smudged with a Q tip. The result was natural and made eyes look wonderful. Best of all it did not make my eyes itch and it remained perfectly in place for 14 hours with zero smudges. It is water resistant too.
